  நமோ நாராயணாய, ஸ்ரீமதே ராமானுஜாய நமக - கி.ஜனார்த்தனன்  Who is God? He is the sum of all auspicious qualities (सर्व कल्याण गुणात्मने). That is the simplest, most pleasant definition of the Supreme Being. With skin the colour of rain-clouds, no one else can be as giving, nurturing and merciful as Lord Narayana. Here is stanza two from the Kamba Ramayanam: சிற்குணத்தர்‌ தெரிவு அரு நல்‌ நிலை  எற்கு உணர்த்த அரிது; எண்ணிய மூன்றனுள்‌  முற்‌ குணத்தவரே முதலோர்‌ அவர்‌  நற்குணக கடல்‌ ஆடுதல்‌ நன்றுஅரோ. சிற்குணத்தர் - மெய்யறிவினராகிய கடவுளின்,  சிற் - Chit (Consciousness) चित् Awareness, or Pure consciousness.  தெரிவு அரு நல் நிலை - அரு என்றால் அரிய , நல் நிலை என்றால் நல்ல தன்மை.  தெரிவு - to know, to be aware of எற்கு - என்னால் எடுத்துரைத்து உணர்த்தல்  அரிது - கடினம், அபூர்வம் எண்ணிய மூன்றனுள்‌ முற்‌ குணத்தவரே  முற்குணம் - முற்பகுதி போல.. முற்பகல் போல...முற்குணம் என்றால் முன் குணம், சத்துவ குணம்.   நமோ நாராயணாய, ஸ்ரீமதே ராமானுஜாய நமக - கி.ஜனார்த்தனன் நம்மாழ்வார், நம்மை என்றென்றும் ஆழ்வார். பல்வேறு உணர்வுகளால் பதைத்துத் துடித்துப்போகும் என் இதயம் உன் ஆளுமைக்குத் தருகிறேனே.. பெருமானே பிள்ளையாக வந்து, பின்னிருந்து ஆரத்தழுவி, கொஞ்சி விளையாடுவாரே..ஆழ்ந்த தியானத்தில் இருக்கும் உமக்கு அன்புகாட்ட  பிள்ளையாய் வருவாரே...  'எத்திறம்' என்றீர். கடவுள் என்பவர் அளவில்லா விளையாட்டு உடையவர்,  முத்தொழிலான படைத்தல், காத்தல், அழித்தல் ஆகியவற்றைச் செய்ய வல்லவர். திருமால் என்பவர் சத்தியத்தின் உண்மை வடிவாக இருப்பதால் அவர் எது உளது என்கிறாரோ அதுவே உண்மையாகிறது.  Kambar, is the author of the Ramavataram, a text in Tamil based on Valmiki's Sanskrit Epic, the Ramayana. Clearly with the description of God, while not immediately naming Him, Kambar reveals himself to be of Visistadvaitic belief (qualified Monism).   - கி.ஜனார்த்தனன் அச்சுதன் ( अच्युत )  என்றென்றும் நீடிக்கும் அமரத்தன்மையை அளிப்பவன். எனவே, பரம்பொருள் ஆகிய நாராயணனுக்கு நிகரானது எதுவும் இல்லை. தரிசனத்திற்காக ( சமயத்திற்காக) தரிசனத்தை (கண்களை) இழந்த கூரத்தாழ்வார் அருளிய தனியன் எனப்படும் புகழராம்.  Kurathalwar was an excellent disciple of Ramanuja, who loved him and cared for him far more than a mother possibly could. This comparison to a mother is not to be frivolously used. Hare Krishna! For a human being so giving, you deserve only to be the dearmost devotee of Vishnu and nothing else. You need no powerful human nor any devatantrangal.  My name is Janarthanan Krishnasamy. I am not born in a Sri Vaishnava family. For reasons that I can never fanthom, I was drawn to the path of Perumal, Sriman Narayana.  As humans we go through a tumult of experiences, ranging from happiness, pleasure to pain, anger and bitterness. Within a lifetime that fleetingly passes by.  Why not immerse ourselves in something that is joyful and everlasting? Every other pleasure requires a material body, a material qualification.
